Churches and charities deserve the best. More and more these groups

and 'businesslike'. My aim is never to turn your organisation into a
business, that will not
help, but it is to bring to you the best business practices in a Charity
Sector context.
It is important that all the resources of charity and not-for-profit
organisations are used
as effectively as possible. This presents the organisation with a dilemma
over the cost of
developing their people and providing the best use of the finances and
time. As in all
