West Tanfield Methodist Church look at their calling
The members of the chapel in West Tanfield, near Ripon were keen to look at aspects of their church life. They chose to use the 'Our Calling' booklet published by the Methodist Church, and asked Steve Laugher to faclitate the sessions.

Steve developed four 2-hour evening workshops through which members of the chapel explored aspects or Worship, Learning, Caring and Outreach.

The workshops used different techniques to help the members to discuss these key areas; methods included Mind-mapping, SLOT analysis, Diagramming, Clustering and other techniques gleaned from the management training world.
