Scripture Centred Training

The Christian scriptures are full of lessons for life. That is true for us as individuals and in all aspects of our lives.

Looking through the scriptures we can see magnificent lessons about leadership, planning and organising, developing others, running a business, working in teams. All the aspects of organisations.

All of Vision-FD's theories and models have been checked against the Scriptures to make sure that they are wholesome. This has meant rejecting some of the models that are used in developing people, but means that your Christian organisation can be sure that you will not be introduced to ways which are not God Centred.

When I have the opportunity I will use the scriptures directly as the main text for the training. In there are examples of how Gods people have developed all the key skills needed to work in organisations and businesses.
