What Steve is passionate about?
If there is one thing that drives Steve it is the desire to help others improve themselves. For a long time he has been involved with developing people, young and not so young.

Why Vision - Facilitation and Development?
For over 17 years Steve has been working with the business sector providing professional development and facilitation services. He felt strongly that he could be used to help churches and charities achieve their purposes in a professional and effective way by offering the same training and development services which businesses have been benefiting from for some time. The latest management models and training techniques could have as significant effect on the success of the not-for-profit groups as profit based organisations.

Steve was accepted into the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning as a Licentiate Fellow in 2008.
